There are a few points to consider when cooking any type pf pasta.
Always use large straight-sided pots. Use lots of salted water to cook
pasta. Never add oil to the water or the sauce won't stick to the
pasta. And finally, never rinse the pasta. Here is a basic recipe for
cooking spaghetti. You can replace the sauce with your own favorite
such as pesto or olive oil and herb.
Spaghetti: 1 lb (500 gr)
Water: 6 quarts (6 liters)
Salt: 2 tbsp
Sauce Ingredients:
Ground beef: 1/2 lb (250 gr)
Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
Olive oil: 2 tbsp
Fresh basil: 2 tbsp, chopped
Tomato paste: 1-2 tbsp
Tomato puree: 3 cups
Salt and Pepper to taste

Ground beef: 1 lb (0.5 kg)
Onion: 1 medium, grated and drained
Garlic: 1 clove, crushed
Olive oil: 1-2 tbsp
Fresh parsley: 1 tbsp, chopped
Salt: 1 tsp
Pepper: 1/4 tsp
Vegetable oil: 1 tbsp
Directions:
1. Mix together beef, onion, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper. Divide and form into 4 patties.
2. Cover and leave them in the fridge over night.
3. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Alternatively you can grill the patties.
4. Cook hamburgers for about 5 min on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 170 F (75 C).

Sliced Cucumber: 1 cup
Cooked Beans : 1 cup *
Sun flower seeds: 1 tbsp
Sliced Red onion: 1/2 cup
Crumbled Feta Cheese: 1/2 Cup
Black pitted Olives: 1 cup
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Slice and mix all the vegetables. Add olives, cheese and beans and stir gently.
2. Sprinkle the sun flower seeds just before eating to keep them crunchy!
3. Add salt and pepper and your favorite dressing.

Frozen Blueberries: 1/2 cup
Frozen Raspberries: 1/2 cup
Fresh Raspberries: 1/2 cup
Milk: 1.5 cups
Whipping Cream: 3 tbsp (optional)
Sugar: 3 tbsp
Directions:
1. Place frozen strawberries, half a cup milk and 1 tbsp sugar in a blender or food processor and process for 1 minute, until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour the first layer into chilled tall glasses.
3. Place frozen blueberries, half a cup milk and 1 tbsp sugar in the blender and process.
4. Pour the second layer into glasses.
5. Place frozen raspberries, half a cup milk and 1 tbsp sugar in the blender and process.
6. Pour the third layer into glasses.
7 . Decorate the glasses with fresh raspberries and serve immediately.

Cocoa: Just a few tbsp. to desired amount (Alternative: Hot chocolate mix-3-6 tsp)
Low fat Vanilla or chocolate Ice cream: 4 big scoops
Milk: 5-10 cups
Light whipping cream: 1 cup
Sugar: 1 cup
Chocolate chips or a chocolate bar
Directions:
1. Add chocolate or vanilla ice cream to the blender.
2. Add cream,milk, sugar, cocoa or hot chocolate mix.
3. Put the lid on, and use whip feature in blender if available.
4. Once fully whipped, add in chocolate chips or small pieces of chocolate.
5. Blend again.
6. Pour into glasses and server.
7. You can add granulated peanuts or walnuts to the milkshake. You can also top it with whipped cream and a cherry and most importantly, ENJOY IT!

1. First, mix together the sweetener, hot water and cocoa in a saucepan.
2. Stir this over medium heat until it begins to boil. Cook for one minute, stirring constantly.
3. Next, stir in the almond milk and heat, but do not boil. Remove from heat and add the peppermint extract, stirring again. Serve immediately.
